Your goods will be produced and despatched within 5-7 days upon receipt of cleared payments.
You will receive a confirmation email confirming purchase and a further email stating the despatch date. Small prints, Cards, Stock CDs & other merchandise for UK delivery will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and so will require a signature upon receipt. Large & limited edition prints will be sent Special Delivery.
The customer has the right to return any order within 14 days after delivery. All goods must be returned undamaged by recorded or registered mail: please contact [email protected] or call 07940 582884 if you are not happy with a product and would like to return it.
All goods become the full responsibility (in the event of loss, theft or damage) of the customer from the moment they are received until they are returned and received by us. Upon receipt of returned undamaged goods the customer will receive a refund. All postage costs are non refundable, unless the item’s condition is not as described.
